Overview

1975: White Christmas takes you to the final hours of the Vietnam War. On April 29th, 1975, the song White Christmas was broadcast over the radio as a coded signal to launch Operation Frequent Wind — the largest helicopter evacuation in history. As the commander of an aircraft carrier, you'll need to coordinate rescue missions, prioritize objectives, and evacuate as many civilians as possible before Saigon falls.

The game unfolds over four rounds, each divided into three phases: action selection, operations, and a final bidding phase for a powerful special helicopter. In the first phase, players draft action cards into their hand while simultaneously performing actions based on the card’s position in the row. These same cards must then be used in the second phase to carry out key actions such as rescuing civilians from rooftops, upgrading their aircraft carrier, deploying helicopters, and completing secret missions.

Strategic planning, resource management, and careful timing are key to scoring victory points and winning the game.
