Expansion for Base-game

Overview

Arctic Tundra is a module that can be added to the core game Nature to alter the experience. This module creates a survival game for players who want a challenge.

Frozen, Windy, and Barren! The deep loneliness of this desolate land resonates in the mournful howls of Arctic wolves as they follow migrating caribou across the frozen tundra. The ground is permanently frozen, denying trees the chance to take root. Instead, resilient mosses, lichens, and small shrubs cling to survival — nothing tall enough to stop the relentless, ever-strengthening winds. In this unforgiving environment, the bitter cold and wind are always in your face, determined to push back those without the resolve to persevere.

Arctic Tundra adds a frozen watering hole, a deck of 5 traits, and a Cold die to determine the harshness of the coming winter.

The Nature Game System Nature allows you to combine modules to tailor the game for the players at the table. Add Nature: Arctic Tundra to experience life on the edge of the livable world, Nature: Flight for people who prefer to avoid conflict, or Nature: Jurassic for a more aggressive game. With 6 modules and 4 mini-modules, there are over 700 unique ecosystems to explore!
