Overview

When the planet Shikarr was shattered and the advanced civilization of the Shikarri was consumed by the untamed Void energy of the Dark Stone, its people were all but destroyed along with it. Those that escaped were scattered, displaced across the stars. For many, they swore an oath to destroy the Dark Stone and fight the corruption of the Darkness to their last breath. For others, they turned to scavenging and piracy to survive, armed with what remained of their advanced technology. Using the Void to travel great distances in their Hyper-runners, and taking what they needed from any they encountered; interstellar outlaws, living one step ahead of the Darkness.
