Grand Expeditions 6-card expansion adds two optional components: a new ship with unique journey effects, and five marvels featuring distinctive costs and placement restrictions. Each can be used on its own with the base game or combined for greater variety. The expansion also includes a new Epic Mode, offering a longer journey and tougher scoring targets to conquer.
