Overview

For generations, the Novarchs ruled the Domineum, and as they prospered and expanded, so too did the Great Houses of the galaxy to which they delegated their unmatched power. But within the royal House of Novarchon there was a sickness—a corruption of both body and mind—and a grim cult formed around the afflicted, foretelling a sinister salvation from beyond the void. But not all Novarchs accepted these dark divinations. In secret defiance, preparations were made in hushed tones and in lightless corners over untold cycles, and you now hold the torch as one such Novarch of the resistance. When the day of prophecy arrives, you’ll be forced to choose which Great Houses might rise and fight, and which will perish. You cannot save them all, but can you save enough to survive the Voidfall and found a New Domineum?

Voidfall: The Last Novarch is a narrative-driven campaign expansion set in the Voidfall universe. You’ll face tough decisions that shape the galaxy over the course of eight chapters with nearly 30 unique missions to choose from. Each mission has multiple endings, and every House has a multipart story culminating in over 100 epilogues reflecting the final state of your galaxy. Missions are tailor-made for specific Houses, and each features its own map, special rules, victory conditions, and bonus objectives, along with persistent rewards that open up new opportunities—if you can reach them. Failing a mission never means replaying it, but the consequences will leave their mark.

In addition to being fully resettable, the campaign encourages many playthroughs with branching pathways affecting both narrative and gameplay. Designed in parallel with Voidfall: Resurgence, this campaign can be played with or without expansion content, and allows both solo play and a 2-player cooperative mode using a campaign-specific House with drop-in/drop-out support.
