Encore X ! (2026)

Overview

NOCH X-MAL! (Encore! X) is a standalone roll-and-write game in the Encore! (Noch mal!) series, released to mark the 10th anniversary of the franchise. While it retains the core mechanics of choosing color and number dice to mark boxes on a personal player sheet, it introduces a new primary victory condition.

Gameplay Mechanics:

Race to Discard: Each player starts the game with 10 physical tokens (chips). The main objective is to be the first to discard all 10 chips.

Column and Row Completion: Players discard chips by completing specific columns, rows, or designated scoring sectors on their sheets.

Pass Track: The game features a new "Pass-Leiste" (Pass Track) mechanic, which provides alternative actions or progress when a player cannot or chooses not to use the rolled dice results.

Dice Drafting: Similar to the original game, players select combinations of dice to fill contiguous blocks of colors on their grid, following the standard placement rules of the series.

The game ends immediately when a player discards their final chip, crowning them the winner.
