Overview
A promo card given out to attendants of the Wellycon convention in Wellington, New Zealand.
It's a journal card with a cost of six research. Once acquired, it allows the player to advance on the Reputation, Inspiration, and Ingenuity track, and all other players to advance on the Coordination track.
The card provides to activation spaces (one for an enhanced Sonar action, and one for an enhanced Dive action). These are linked; when the link is completed, the player can perform a Journal action.
