Overview

A 4-Card Promo pack, distributed by Fantasy Flight Games, released at Origins 2002.

It includes two cards which were later released with the Lord of the Rings: Sauron expansion, The One Ring & Watchful Peace, as well as the exclusive release, The Black Gate. The fourth card is simply "cover art" and an explanation of the other cards.

The Black Gate card is two sided, and adds a bit more of a challenge for the Hobbits to win via Military Victory, which was a path to victory added in from the Lord of the Rings : Friends & Foes expansion.
