Overview

In a nutshell: Perudo (q.v.) with cards.

There are fifty cards. Each card contains a fine of $10, $20 or $30 and a license plate of six digits. At least one digit is repeated on each card. A number of cards are dealt to the players. If there are less than six playing, at least one stack of cards is placed in the center of the playing surface.

The players place their cards in their respective stands so that the digits show in the space provided. A player is chosen to bid first and play proceeds clockwise.

A player may bid, challenge the latest bid or agree with the latest bid. When all the players have challenged or agreed with the latest bid (the players decisions need not be unanimous)all cards are revealed. All the players were incorrect pay fines to the players who were correct.

The game continues with the next cards held by the players. The game ends when the players are out of cards. The player with the most money wins.
