This is a special card for the Siedler von Catan card game distributed in special fairs usually by mr. Klaus Teuber itself. The card name is "Emi'Ly, Bewahrerin der Harmonie" what means "Emi'Ly, Keeper of Harmony". The card text says: "You can re-roll once every of your income rolls. If you roll than one odd result you must pay one gold or take Emi'Ly back to your hand."
