War with a Vengeance!: The V-1 Campaign June and July 1944 (2011)

Overview

An LPS bonus mini-game, War with a Vengeance is a solitaire simulation of the defense against the V-1 (Vergeitungswaffe or Vengeance Weapon) campaign against Great Britain. Each turn represents 10 days where a random number of V-1 rockets are launched from sites in France Against London. The player takes on the role of the English defense forces to deploy assets and intercept the incoming V-1 Rockets. Options allow the English to commit forces to direct interception, launch site interdiction, or to support the Normandy invasion in an attempt to capture and neutralize the launch sites. With limited resources you must decide as the English how to best protect London and eliminate the threat of "Hitler's Vengeance".
