Overview
Arctic War is a promo postcard for Mini WWII. Cut the map from the postcard and place it in the center of the game board. Put one neutral Army unit in Finland.
UPDATE: Any unit moves into or through the expansion map needs additional one OP. When Axis or Allies team controls the Arctic area, two countries in this team can discard one card and draw one card respectively in the next Strategy stage.
