Overview

This Promo pack for The Quest for El Dorado contains 3 new sets of cards for the game:

Missionary (3 copies) Elevation Map (3 copies) Telegram (3 copies)

This Promo Pack is currently only available with Vincent Dutrait artwork. It is unknown if Ravensburger will release it with Franz Vohwinkel artwork.

GAME RULES Set up the base game as usual. Add the Missionary cards, the Telegram cards and the Elevation Map cards as three extra piles above the market board.

MISSIONARY Like the Native, this card lets you move up to two spaces, provided each of these spaces is a village space. The space requirements are ignored. The card can also tear down blockades with village symbols.

TELEGRAM Once per game you can use this card to take any one card (not another Telegram) from the market board and add it to your hand. This does not count as a purchase, Then remove your Telegram from the game and put it back into the box.

ELEVATION MAP Like the Native, this card lets you move one space when played. Ignore that space’s requirements and just place your playing piece on it. The card can also tear down blockades, and it even allows you to move to an occupied space or onto an empty mountain space. The card can only be used once per game, then remove it from the game and put it back into the box.
