Overview

The Time Trigger is the second expansion for Adventure Realms.

In The Time Trigger, players will need to travel back into time to collect the Time Stone. There are also new ways of gaining Victory Points and Treasures. Speaking of which, Treasures have been completely re-balanced. Treasures are now placed and LEFT in front of a player given the player new abilities during their turn. These can be very powerful just so long as you meet the requirements to wield them.

There are also new types of cards. Random Encounters are monster cards that get shuffled into the Guild Deck and may filter into the Guild Row. These can be Defeated (recruited), the player will gain the effect, then the Monster is banished. Elemental Techs are a new type of card that will give players more to do with their Elemental Stones. Once attained, the player may (as a free action) socket their gem to gain a powerful one time effect.

Travel through time is the newest and biggest part in the game. Each player will move their vessels through the Overworld collecting time shards. What dor you do with the time shards? Travel through time of course! At the end of the Passing Phase, players may then travel through time to different Eras. Each Era will have one time powerful abilities or effects that can grant players victory points, new heroes, or even the Time Stone!

There is now the new SOLO MODE! The player will face off against the Shadow who is trying to collect points, the elemental stones, and spread Darkness throughout the Realms. The Solo Mode is extremely low upkeep while also being quite difficult to beat.
