Overview

Promo building given out by Tony Boydell in November 2024 at his annual Gathering of Chums (hosted at The Kings Arms pub in Newent).

The building is printed on cardstock similar to the cards in Nusfjord; the obverse has an amusing joke regarding Nusfjord, in the style of a pun from Tony's Blog (https://boardgamegeek.com/blog/344/everyone-needs-a-shed).

Purchasing the card requires 5 wood, 3 fish and 2 gold. When built, it covers a 2 x 2 board area and the card includes a building called The Kings Arms'; the building is worth 4 Points at game end. The building's instructions include placing an Elder on the tile for use by all players; when the Elder would 'give fish', the owner takes 1 Gold into their reserve.

In addition, The King's Arms counts as a Forested double space for Thin Out and can even be Deforested (if you REALLY need to) :)
