Overview

In 1348, the Plague reaches Florence. Hunger, disease, and despair uncover the city’s darkest side.

Inferno 1348 is the first full expansion of Inferno. It brings two major modules and a set of smaller ones, ready to be mixed and matched as you like. Some of these modules increase interaction within the city, others enhance replayability, and some shift the balance of how infamy points are earned.

Main modules:

The Great Pestilence: The rats that Dante drives away during his descent slip into the city, carrying a deadly disease that spreads from one location to another. Once infected, each site gains stronger effects and accelerates your progress along the Sin track. But beware: visiting infected locations brings the disease back home. The rats climb your tower, forcing you into difficult choices and bitter sacrifices.

Merchants of Ravenna: To expand your influence and wealth, you must secure an alliance with a powerful family from Ravenna. One of your family members travels the road between the two cities, establishing trade posts until the pact is sealed upon arrival. This alliance grants an exclusive ability (an item, a character, or new mechanics) and demands a unique way to move across the map between both cities while earning points.
