Zhuge Liang & Lady Huang is a promotional character for Steampunk Rally.Rather than having the standard two cards, a cockpit and a machine, Zhuge Liang & Lady Huang have a single 1×2 card depicting a mechanised bull device. Bonus: If you lose exactly 1 part due to damage in the Damage Phase, all opponents take 2 damage for the next round. If you lose exactly 2 parts, gain 2 cogs. If you lose 3 or more parts, gain 1 smooth movement.
