Car Wars Fifth Edition Starter Set, Division 5 - Set 2 is a complete starter set for Car Wars: the basic rules, counters and components, and two cars. The cars are Stinger vs. Firecracker (with each have modifications). Division 5 duels allow a total of $5,000 for a vehicle. The Car Wars Turning Key included in the set is especially helpful.
