Overview
Long Live Backyardia! is an expansion to the mancala meets trick taker, Bug Council of Backyardia.
The expansion includes the following four modules, each one offering a new quirk to spice up the base gameplay.
The Peacekeeper: Rein in the chaos of Backyardia with the Peacekeeper, a new token that prevents a certain section of the mancala from being manipulated. Nectar: Introduce negotiation with Nectar, a resource that can be traded among the players for favors and nets end game bonus points. Prosperity & Turmoil: Secretly affect allegiance bonuses with Wealth tokens, which can either grant positive bonus points (Prosperity) or negative penalty points (Turmoil). Leaders: Aid your cause by recruiting Leaders, special action cards gained by collecting suit majorities among the tricks you’ve won.
These modules can be mixed and matched in any combination you desire.
