Metrorunner: Dropsite Mini Expansion (2024)

Overview

This mini expansion for Metrorunner by Thunderworks Games offers a new path to earning points as you navigate the districts of Mirror City! Pick up a quick mission and run it to a destination on the board to earn a bonus. The more drops you deliver, the more points you'll earn at the end of the game.

Incudes: 15 Dropsite cards and 2 rules cards.

Setup: Shuffle the Dropsite deck and place it face down. Reveal the top card and place it face up on the location on the game board matching the pickup site (the left side of the card).

Gameplay: When a player ends their movement on a location with a dropsite card, they may take the card and place it face up near their runner board. This is a free action. Then, immediately reveal a new Dropsite card (face up) on the board in the correct location. Each player may only have one face up Dropsite card at a time.

When a player with a face-up Dropsite card ends their movement on the Dropsite (the location on the right side of the card), they flip the Dropsite card over.

Scoring: During final scoring, earn points based on the number of face-down Dropsite cards. 1 -> 1 VP 2 -> 3 VP 3 -> 6 VP 4 -> 10 VP 5+ -> 15VP

Solo mode: If a rogue token ever shares a location with a Dropsite card, discard is and reveal a new one.
